Refund Policy

Overview

TokenFlow is sold as a one-time digital software purchase. Payments are securely processed by Lemon Squeezy, our merchant of record, which handles payment processing, applicable taxes, invoices, refunds, and chargebacks.

Refund Window

Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of purchase. Requests are reviewed case by case, especially for technical issues that prevent normal use of the app.

Eligible Refund Reasons

Refunds may be approved when there is a clear purchase, delivery, license, or technical issue that we cannot reasonably resolve.

• TokenFlow does not launch or work on a supported Apple Silicon Mac.
• License activation fails after purchase.
• You cannot access the download or license key.
• A core feature described on our website does not work as described.
• You made a duplicate purchase.
• You made an accidental purchase before downloading, activating, or substantially using the app.
• You are experiencing another technical issue that prevents normal use.

When Refunds Are Usually Not Available

Refunds are usually not available in the following cases:

• You changed your mind after downloading, activating, or substantially using the app.
• You purchased TokenFlow for an unsupported environment, such as Intel Mac, Windows, or macOS versions below the stated requirement.
• The limitation was clearly described on the website before purchase.
• An AI provider account, API, billing plan, or usage dashboard limitation prevents TokenFlow from retrieving data.
• The request is submitted more than 14 days after purchase.
• There is evidence of license abuse, excessive use before requesting a refund, or repeated refund misuse.

Digital Delivery

Because TokenFlow is delivered digitally, refunds may be limited after the app has been downloaded, activated, or substantially used. If you experience a technical issue, please contact us first so we can help resolve it.

How To Request A Refund

Please include the email address used at checkout, your Lemon Squeezy order number, purchase date, and a short reason for the request.

Processing Time

Approved refunds are issued through Lemon Squeezy to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or card provider, it can take up to 10 days for the refund to appear on your statement.

License Access

After a refund is completed, your TokenFlow license and access to paid downloads may be disabled.
